Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and innovative AI Engineer (Conversational) to design, build, and optimize conversational AI solutions such as chatbots, virtual assistants, and voice interfaces. The ideal candidate will combine expertise in NLP, user experience design, and AI workflows to create seamless and human-like interactions across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop conversational flows for chatbots and virtual assistants

• Build, test, and deploy AI conversation models using NLP frameworks

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to enhance user experience

• Optimize intent recognition, entity extraction, and dialogue management

• Analyze conversation logs to identify improvement opportunities

• Integrate conversational AI solutions with APIs, CRMs, and backend systems

• Ensure scalability, performance, and reliability of AI experiences

• Stay updated with latest advancements in conversational AI and LLMs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or related field

• Experience with conversational AI platforms (e.g., Dialogflow, Rasa, Azure Bot, or similar)

• Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and Machine Learning

• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript

• Experience with prompt design and LLM orchestration

• Knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and system integrations

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with voice assistants or speech-to-text technologies

• Familiarity with UX writing or conversation design principles

• Experience with analytics tools for conversation performance tracking

• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
