Responsibilities
This role will focus on building and maintaining the AI agents, workflows, and pipelines that power member-facing features and internal tools across the company.
- Design, build, and maintain AI agents and pipelines that integrate LLMs into member-facing features and internal tools
- Monitor performance, cost, reliability, and output quality of agents and pipelines in production, and build observability into these systems
- Integrate LLM APIs and third-party AI services into our Rails backend and existing systems<
