Digital Transformation Architect (AI)

Job Description

To lead the design and implementation of end-to-end data platforms, Generative AI models, and enterprise solutions. The role focuses on leveraging cutting-edge technology for financial services, requiring expertise across cloud, AI/ML, and data engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• AI & LLM Architecture: Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions with a strong focus on Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) frameworks, and predictive analytics.
• End-to-End Solution Design: Architect, build, and deploy enterprise-grade data platforms and digital solutions, ensuring performance, security, and scalability.
• Cloud & MLOps Enablement: Deploy and operationalize AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP), including MLOps pipelines for model versioning, monitoring, and continuous optimization.
• Data Strategy & Governance: Define and drive data governance, data management practices, and scalable ETL/ELT data pipeline architectures.
• Client & Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as a trusted SME, translating business objectives into actionable technical architectures and delivery roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Experience: 10+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, solution architecture, or technical leadership roles.
• AI & LLM Frameworks: Strong expertise in modern AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face, LangChain, or LangGraph.
• Cloud Expertise: Deep experience deploying and operating AI solutions on cloud platforms including AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Technical Depth: Solid foundation in Data Science, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and large-scale data and analytics architectures.
• Domain Exposure: Prior experience in financial services, banking, or insurance environments is highly desirable.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related discipline.
