Are you a Machine Learning Engineer with a knack for building robust, scalable, and efficient AdTech systems? Do you love getting your hands dirty with large-scale data and ML pipelines, and ensuring cutting-edge models run flawlessly in production? You are:
- Design, implement and maintain scalable, production-grade data and ML infrastructure, supporting our AI models in GCP.
- Contribute to designing and building strong data governance and quality frameworks to ensure data inputs are reliable, accurate, and consistent.
- Collaborate closely with our team of 14+ data scientists and engineering peers to translate research prototypes into robust, production-ready systems, applying strict software engineering best practices (CI/CD, version control, testing, etc.).
- Identify and address technical debt and inefficiencies within our data and ML platforms to improve system stability.
- Actively participate in a culture of operational excellence, automation, and continuous improvement within the team, learning from and contributing to the collective knowledge.
What you'll be doing:
