Key Responsibilities

Amadeus Channel Manager Direct (ACMD) connects tens of thousands of hotels with all the distribution channels. Its goal is to facilitate the distribution of Availability, Rate and Inventory (ARI) and Reservation delivery from hundreds of OTAs, Wholesalers, Tour Operators, Channel Managers and Meta Partners. Amongst them we of course connect to world-known partners like Expedia, Booking.com, Ctrip, Agoda…

To increase the quality of the product, we are looking for an intern to design and implement an AI-driven troubleshooting prototype. The goal is to simplify the troubleshooting of issues, by having the agent look at logs, specifications and possibly other sources of information, to create a first analysis of a reported issue and an assessment of where the problem lies.

You will:

• Collaborate with QA, development, and integration stakeholders to understand real use cases

• Design and develop an AI validation prototype capable of:

  • Consuming source and target payloads (e.g. XML / JSON)

  • Using our documentation (e.g. from Confluence or structured specifications) as input

  • Detecting mapping mismatches, missing fields, and semantic inconsistencies

  • Detecting other kinds of issues (errors)

• Integrate the prototype with existing tools such as logs, APIs, or message queues (mocked or real, depending on scope)

• Evaluate different AI approaches (prompt-based LLM validation, hybrid rule + AI logic)

• Present the prototype, architecture, and results to stakeholders and gather feedback
