Cepoch (www.cepoch.com), US based MNC is hiring an experienced Sr AI Engineer, a full-time ONSITE position for our Hyderabad, INDIA office.

Minimum 3+ years of AI experience after graduation
This role focuses on AI (not a traditional ML-only position)

Requirements and skills

• • 3+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI systems in production environments
• Extensive experience across multiple projects involving Agentic AI and Generative AI (profiles with only 1–2 projects will not be considered)
• Strong experience training, fine-tuning, and deploying custom LLMs
• Solid background in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and NLP
• Advanced proficiency in Python with frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience with AI orchestration frameworks such as n8n, Copilot Studio, Hugging Face, or similar tools
• Hands-on experience working with modern LLM APIs including OpenAI and Gemini
• Strong knowledge of RAG architectures, MCP, and Vector Databases (Pinecone, Weaviate, etc.)
• Understanding of data engineering pipelines supporting AI/ML systems
• Experience mentoring engineers or leading technical initiatives is a strong plus

Role & Responsibilities

• • Architect, build, and scale enterprise-grade AI and Generative AI solutions
• Design and implement Agentic AI systems and LLM pipelines
• Own the full AI lifecycle — development, deployment, monitoring, and optimization
• Collaborate with product, backend, and application teams to integrate AI capabilities into platforms
• Provide technical guidance to other AI engineers

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
