About the Role
Methodology Development: Design and develop advanced generative AI models, specifically leveraging Transformer and Diffusion-based architectures, tailored for healthcare applications.
Analytical Frameworks: Develop and apply rigorous analytical tools to evaluate model performance, safety, and utility within a healthcare context.
Clinical Collaboration: Partner with stakeholders across Singapore health systems to translate theoretical models into functional tools for clinical settings.
Requirements:
PhD in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or a related quantitative field with a focus on Machine Learning/AI.
Experience with working with different data types from healthcare settings (text, imaging, video data) is a plus.
Expertise with Python and deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).
Demonstrated experience in implementing and fine-tuning Generative AI models.
Strong understanding of high-dimensional healthcare data types (Electronic Health Records, medical imaging, or clinical video).
Proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders from different technical backgrounds.
Strong team player who can work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment
