Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced AI Lead – Backend (AWS Focus) to lead the design and development of scalable AI-driven backend systems on AWS cloud. The ideal candidate will combine strong backend engineering expertise with hands-on experience in AI/ML solutions and cloud-native architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead backend architecture and development for AI-powered applications
Design scalable and secure cloud-native solutions on AWS
Develop APIs and microservices supporting AI/ML models
Integrate ML models into production environments
Optimize performance, scalability, and cost efficiency
Implement CI/CD pipelines and DevOps best practices
Collaborate with Data Scientists, ML Engineers, and DevOps teams
Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and code reviews
Lead backend architecture and development for AI-powered applications
Design scalable and secure cloud-native solutions on AWS

Required Skills:
Strong backend development experience (Python, Java, or Node.js)
Deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, EKS, SageMaker)
Experience deploying and managing ML models in production
Strong understanding of microservices architecture
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
Knowledge of API design and RESTful services
Strong backend development experience (Python, Java, or Node.js)
Deep knowledge of AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, EKS, SageMaker)
Experience deploying and managing ML models in production
Strong understanding of microservices architecture
Experience with Docker and Kubernetes

Preferred Qualifications:
AWS Certification (Associate/Professional)
