We are currently developing Xwerk, DeltaFrontier’s flagship AI-powered Smart Workplace Platform, and are seeking a passionate, skilled Product Engineer to contribute to enhancing user experience and security features, ensuring a safer, more intuitive workspace environment.
What You’ll Do
As a Product Engineer for the Xwerk Collaborative Platform, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and optimizing features that improve user experience and strengthen security within the platform. Your work will directly impact how users interact with the platform and how workspace safety is maintained through innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain backend and frontend components of the smart workspace platform, focusing on performance, scalability, and security.
- Design and implement AI-powered capabilities, including Large Language Model (LLM) integrations, natural language processing (NLP), and intelligent automation features.
- Apply machine learning and data analytics techniques to transform workspace and building data into actionable insights and predictive system behavior.
- Architect secure software components, implementing authentication, authorization, data protection, and compliance-driven security controls.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices and internal coding standards.
- Actively participate in Agile software development cycles, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, code reviews, and release retrospectives.
- Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize platform performance in production environments, ensuring high reliability and system resilience.
- Collaborate with product managers and designers to translate product requirements into technical solutions, while maintaining clear ownership of delivered features.
- Continuously evaluate and adopt emerging technologies in AI, cloud platforms, IoT software, and cybersecurity to improve the platform’s technical foundation.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of professional software development experience, with a focus on designing user-centric features and implementing security measures.
- Demonstrated experience with AI data analytics, ideally in smart building automation, IoT-enabled platforms, or workspace management systems.
- Hands-on experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) or natural language processing (NLP) into applications to enhance user interactions, automate workflows, or strengthen security protocols.
- Proficiency in front-end and back-end development frameworks (e.g., React, Node.js), UI/UX design principles, and security best practices (e.g., encryption, authentication).
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure), IoT integrations, and AI-driven features like predictive analytics, facial recognition, or automation.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail in developing intuitive, secure, and high-quality solutions.
- Experience with AI/ML models, data pipelines, or analytics tools (e.g., TensorFlow, Pandas) to deliver actionable insights for smart workspace management.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira, Confluence, or Figma for collaborative development and design.
- Ability to translate complex technical requirements into user-friendly interfaces and secure platform features.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
