Build Intelligent Automation Solutions at SRKK

We are seeking a AI Automation Engineer to join our Business Application & Consulting division. In this role, you will work closely with our technical team to deliver automation and AI‑powered solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint, Copilot Studio, Kube365, and emerging AI technologies such as Azure AI and OpenAI services. This role is ideal for someone passionate about building smarter business processes through automation and AI innovation.

What You’ll Do

• Solution Implementation: Assist in delivering customer projects using SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, and other Microsoft tools.
• Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for workflows, automation processes, and project progress.
• Testing & Quality: Support testing activities for applications and automation flows; ensure alignment with client requirements.
• Client Engagement: Participate in client workshops and meetings alongside senior consultants.
• Customization & Development: Contribute to custom solutions using SPFx, JavaScript, ReactJS, TypeScript, and jQuery.
• AI Integration: Explore and implement AI enhancements using Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI, or OpenAI APIs (chatbots, document processing, NLP features).
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on digital automation tools, frameworks, and AI advancements.
• Team Contribution: Bring creativity, initiative, and proactive ideas to improve project outcomes.

Who You Are

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field (minimum CGPA 3.5).
• Basic programming knowledge: JavaScript, ReactJS, TypeScript, jQuery.
• Familiar with Microsoft tools: SharePoint, Power Apps, Power Automate, Copilot Studio, SPFx.
• Exposure to Azure AI, Cognitive Services, or OpenAI APIs is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Fast learner with the ability to work independently.
• Passionate about digital automation and curious about AI innovations.

Proposed Monthly Allowance Range: RM 800 – RM 1,000 (based on CGPA)
