The Role

We are looking for a Senior Product Manager to be the analytical and cross-functional heartbeat of our platform. Instead of just shipping new features, you will manage the product's ongoing evolution across three pillars -

You will combine deep product diagnostics with strategic go-to-market alignment to scale our AI capabilities into a category-defining AEC product.

What You’ll Do

• Strategy: Drive MRR strategy and user retention by aligning the product roadmap directly with measurable customer ROI
• Unit Economics: Optimize the cost of AI features and define scalable pricing models to maximize gross margins
• Ops and Lifecycle: Manage the ongoing evolution of the product, aligning continuous market feedback with engineering capabilities to enhance reliability and scale
• Analytics and Insights: Define North Star KPIs and operational metrics, and implement feedback loops to track, measure and accelerate user adoption
• Diagnostics: Audit user journeys to eliminate friction and AI "silent failures," ensuring repeatable and consistent customer success
  
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, sales and customers to ensure technical outputs translate into measurable customer value, and facilitate go-to-market

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years in PM roles, with a heavy emphasis on Product Ops or Analytics.
• Data Mastery: Expert-level ability to extract, visualize, and interpret complex datasets to drive decision-making without a middleman
• Systems Thinker: You see the product as an interconnected engine and enjoy solving hard, unstructured problems
• Technical Edge: Ability to understand AI/ML performance metrics and their impact on B2B enterprise workflows
• Founder Mindset: You take extreme ownership of product health and are obsessed with delivering real, quantifiable value
