Job Summary
We are seeking a Full-Time AI/ML Engineer to build proprietary AI solutions for the manufacturing sector. You will design, train, and deploy custom machine learning models that improve manufacturing workflows, optimize processes, and enhance quality control. This role focuses on production-grade AI development with minimal reliance on third-party APIs.

Responsibilities

• Develop and fine-tune ML models for process optimization, predictive error detection, and quality control
• Build scalable AI systems using Python
• Use pandas for data processing and feature engineering
• Deploy models using TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Integrate AI features into existing software systems
• Test, validate, and continuously improve model performance

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in AI/ML development
• Strong Python skills with hands-on experience in pandas
• Experience with TensorFlow or PyTorch
• Experience deploying ML models in production
• Manufacturing experience is a plus
