ABOUT THE ROLE
At Cloud9, we’re building a profitable, fast-moving company at the intersection of AI and revenue operations.
We’re opening a talent pool for people who are already living in the future — using AI tools like Claude not occasionally, but constantly.
This is not a traditional job posting.
There is no fixed role, title, or scope yet.
We’re looking for people with strong signal — and we’ll figure out where you fit from there.
This is an open call for AI-fluent generalists.
You might come from finance, operations, marketing, customer success, engineering — we don’t care.
What matters is how you think, how fast you move, and how deeply you’ve integrated AI into your work.
If you’ve gone deep on tools like Claude Code — not because you had to, but because you couldn’t stop — we want to talk.
WHAT YOU’LL DO (DEPENDING ON FIT)
- Build and improve workflows using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
- Automate repetitive processes across different parts of the business
- Support projects across operations, growth, product, or internal tooling
- Turn ambiguous ideas into fast execution
- Act as a generalist operator wherever leverage is needed
This role will evolve based on your strengths.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Deep, real usage of AI tools
- You actively use Claude (especially Claude Code) or similar tools
- You’ve built things — workflows, automations, scripts, systems
- AI is part of how you think and work daily
- Builder mindset
- You don’t just consume — you create
- You move quickly from idea → execution
- You enjoy figuring things out without clear instructions
- Clarity of thinking
- You can break down problems and design simple solutions
- You care about speed and outcomes, not just activity
- Intrinsic motivation
- You explore AI tools outside of work
- You learn because you want to, not because you’re told to
- Availability
- Open to a full-time role and working closely with the team
ROLE SETUP
- Hybrid: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote
- Full-time opportunity (role defined based on fit)
