Role Summary
We are hiring a Senior Engineer to build a production-grade Agent Orchestrator that coordinates LLM agents, enterprise tool calls, financial auto-posting, and Blue Prism bots to deliver end-to-end process automation. This role is hands-on and focuses on reliability, auditability, replay safety, and financial correctness.
Key Responsibilities
A. Build the Orchestration Layer (“Agent Orchestrator”) — Must Have
- Implement a stateful orchestration workflow (AWS Step Functions or equivalent) executing the full lifecycle: Ingest → Normalize → Enrich → Match → Validate → Post → Reconcile → Close/Exception
- Implement reliability primitives:
- correlation IDs, idempotency keys, dedupe logic
- retries/backoff, DLQ handling, replay-safe design
- compensation flows: reversals/re-post on partial failures
- Implement orchestration observability:
- metrics for STP rate, exception rate, aging, cycle time
- structured logs and traces tying every tool call back to workflow IDs
Required Skills & Experience
- 6+ years software engineering; strong Python (preferred) or Java; strong SQL.
- Strong AWS hands-on experience with: Step Functions, Lambda/ECS, SQS/EventBridge, S3, Oracle/Aurora/DynamoDB, CloudWatch.
- Experience integrating with enterprise finance/ERP systems and building reliable workflows.
- Experience with LLM tool/function calling patterns and structured output validation.
- Experience with RPA integrations; Blue Prism preferred.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience with software engineering design principles, object-oriented programming, system architectures, Machine Learning, Deep learning and Generative AI.
- Good knowledge and working experience in MLOps, LLMOps, Devops, CI/CD technologies and best practices.
Preferred
- Financial posting experience (interface/import, reconciliation).
- Insurance domain exposure: suspense, premium allocation, cash application, reconciliation.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
