AI/ML Research Scientist/Engineer

✅ Key Responsibilities

Machine Learning & Modeling

• Build and optimize ML models using supervised, unsupervised & semi-supervised methods
• Implement algorithms including:
• – Linear & Logistic Regression– Decision Trees, Random Forest– Gradient Boosting (XGBoost, LightGBM, CatBoost)– SVM, KNN, Naive Bayes– Clustering (K-Means, DBSCAN, Hierarchical)
• Feature engineering, preprocessing, and model evaluationReinforcement Learning (Mandatory)
• Design RL agents for sequential decision-making
• Work with algorithms such as Q-Learning, SARSA, DQN, PPO, Actor-Critic, A2C/A3C
• Define reward functions, state spaces & policies
• Optimize agents for stability and real-world constraints

Wavelet & Signal Analysis

• Apply wavelet analysis for time-series decomposition and feature extraction
• Detect anomalies, patterns, and regime changes
• Integrate wavelet features into ML/RL pipelines

Data & Deployment

• Work with large and time-series datasets
• Build end-to-end ML pipelines
• Deploy models via APIs or production systems
• Monitor and improve model performance

Required Skills

✔ 5+ years in AI / ML
✔ Strong ML fundamentals & algorithms
✔ Hands-on Reinforcement Learning experience
✔ Wavelet analysis or signal processing exposure
✔ Python + ML libraries (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
✔ Real-world ML project experience
✔ Strong math, statistics & probability background

Good to Have

• TensorFlow / PyTorch experience
• Time-series forecasting or financial data
• Model deployment & production ML systems
• Research mindset & strong problem-solving skills
