Social Media Manager & AI Content Creator

Oceanic Studio is looking for a creative, trend-driven, and tech-savvy Social Media Manager & AI Content Creator to manage and grow our brand presence across digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should be skilled in content creation, reels production, AI-powered editing, social media strategy, paid ads, and analytics, with a strong understanding of modern marketing trends and short-form video growth.

Key Responsibilities

Content Creation & Execution

• Create engaging content (Reels, posts, stories, captions) aligned with brand identity.
• Plan and execute creative concepts for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn & YouTube Shorts.
• Ensure content is visually appealing, trend-relevant, and audience-focused.
• Shoot and edit short-form videos (Reels).
• Coordinate with team for product shoots and brand campaigns.
• Maintain consistency in brand tone and visual style.

Planning & Strategy

• Develop monthly content calendars.
• Research trends, competitors, and viral formats.
• Align content strategy with marketing and sales goals.
• Plan, create, and execute social media strategies for multiple brands.
• Plan campaigns, launches, and promotional activities.

Platform Management

• Manage day-to-day posting across platforms.
• Schedule and publish content on time.
• Write engaging captions, hashtags, and CTAs.

Growth & Engagement

• Monitor comments, DMs, and audience interactions.
• Increase reach, engagement rate, and follower growth.
• Handle influencer coordination & collaborations (if required).

Analytics & Reporting

• Track insights (reach, impressions, saves, engagement rate).
• Submit weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Optimize content based on analytics.
• Suggest ideas to improve performance.

AI-Powered Production

• Create 5–7 Reels/Shorts weekly using AI tools.
• Use tools like CapCut AI, Runway, Sora, HeyGen, Canva Magic Studio.
• Use AI social listening tools to identify viral trends before they peak.
• Write and refine prompts for AI image and video generation.
• Manage daily interactions using AI assistants while maintaining brand “vibe.”

Paid Ads & Performance Marketing

• Plan, run, and optimize Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook & Instagram).
• Create ad creatives, copy, and audience targeting strategies.
• Monitor CPL, CTR, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
• Scale performing campaigns and optimize underperforming ads.

Technical & Creative Expertise

• Strong scriptwriting & storytelling skills with hook-heavy formats.
• Strong visual eye for color grading, typography, and pacing.
• Ability to refine AI outputs with human editing for premium quality.

Trend & Market Research

• Stay updated with social media trends & algorithms.
• Identify viral formats and trending audio.
• Monitor competitor activities.
• Suggest innovative growth ideas.
