Job Summary
Ausweg Info Controls Pvt Ltd is looking for a Robotics Solutions Consultant who will work closely with manufacturing industries to understand their automation challenges and recommend suitable robotic and automation solutions.
This role focuses on technical consultation, solution demonstrations, and customer engagement rather than traditional sales activities. The candidate will act as a bridge between customer requirements and advanced robotics solutions to help industries improve productivity, efficiency, and safety.
This opportunity is ideal for engineers who enjoy customer interaction, industrial problem-solving, and emerging robotics technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with manufacturing customers to understand their automation requirements and production challenges.
- Conduct technical discussions and identify opportunities for robotics and automation solutions.
- Deliver product demonstrations and technical presentations for robotic systems.
- Provide technical guidance and support in preparing solution proposals.
- Participate in plant visits and automation feasibility discussions.
- Coordinate with internal engineering and application teams for solution development.
- Build strong relationships with customers and act as a trusted technical advisor
Skills & Competencies:
Technical Skills
- Basic knowledge of industrial automation and robotics.
- Understanding of manufacturing processes.
- Interest in robotics programming tools, PLC basics, and vision systems.
Soft Skills
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Problem-solving and consultative mindset.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to customers.
- Passion for learning emerging technologies.
