We've learned something internally: someone with high learning velocity and strong judgment can now do things that used to require years of experience.
AI tools have changed what's possible. If you can learn anything with a trusted guide beside you, you can do it. We've seen it happen at Craft: people using AI as an expert advisor to learn skills they never had before.
So our criteria is less about years and more about:

- Willingness to iterate
