AI-Driven Online Store Manager (Wildberries & Ozon)

Role Overview

We are looking for an AI-driven Online Store Manager to fully operate and coordinate our presence on Wildberries and Ozon for the Inc.NOW and IOH brands.

This role is the for the manager of the marketplaces – a centralized, process-driven operator based in Vietnam, working closely with:

· The factory in HCMC, Vietnam

· An outsourced Russian marketing & performance ads, and accounting team

· Designers, photographers, and content creators (Vietnam-based)

The ideal candidate combines solid Russian language skills, marketplace operations expertise, and the ability to use AI tools to work faster, smarter, and with high accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

1. Marketplace Operations (Wildberries & Ozon)

· End-to-end management of product listings on Wildberries and Ozon

· Creating, updating, and optimizing:

o Product titles, descriptions, attributes, and SEO keywords

o Variations (sizes, colors, bundles)

o Pricing, discounts, and promotional mechanics

· Managing stock availability, SKU mapping, and assortment structure

· Monitoring product status, moderation issues, penalties, and compliance with marketplace rules

· Handling product card improvements based on analytics and customer behavior

2. Product Content & Creative Coordination

· Working with marketing and design teams to:

o Prepare shooting briefs (photo & video)

o Create design requests for banners, infographics, A+ content, and product visuals

· Ensuring product pages follow best practices for conversion on WB & Ozon:

o Strong first image

o Clear value propositions

o Localized Russian copy

· Coordinating updates based on:

o Ad performance feedback

o Reviews and Q&A

o Competitor analysis

3. Sales Analytics & Reporting

· Generating daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports

· Tracking and analyzing:

o Revenue, orders, conversion rate, returns

o Best-selling SKUs and underperformers

o Stock turnover and sell-through rates

· Preparing structured reports for:

o Management

o Factory planning

o Marketing optimization

· Using AI tools to automate reporting, insights, and trend detection

4. Financial Reconciliation & Coordination

· Reconciling:

o Marketplace sales reports

o Purchase orders from the factory

o Payments, commissions, and fees from WB & Ozon

· Coordinating closely with:

o Vietnamese factory (production volumes, replenishment)

o Russian accountant (sales data, documentation, discrepancies)

· Identifying mismatches and flagging issues early

5. Marketing & Performance Ads Collaboration

(Marketing execution is outsourced to Russian specialists)

· Acting as the internal coordinator between In-Credible and the marketing team

· Providing marketing with:

o Product priorities

o Stock constraints

o Margin and pricing inputs

· Supporting campaigns with:

o Product page optimization

o Creative updates

o Performance feedback from analytics

· Aligning promotional calendars with operational capacity

6. AI & Process Automation

· Actively using AI tools (ChatGPT, analytics tools, automation scripts, dashboards) to:

o Speed up content creation and analysis

o Improve decision-making

o Reduce manual work

· Helping build SOPs and workflows for:

o Product launches

o Reporting

o Replenishment planning

· Continuously improving operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

Must-Have

· Confident Russian (written and spoken)

· Experience managing marketplace stores:

o Wildberries and/or Ozon OR

o Amazon, TTS, or other large marketplaces (with willingness to learn WB/Ozon specifics)

· Strong analytical skills and comfort working with numbers

· Experience coordinating across multiple teams and countries

· High attention to detail and process discipline

Nice-to-Have

· Experience in apparel / fashion products

· Experience with Amazon Seller Central , or global e-commerce operations

· Familiarity with WB & Ozon advertising dashboards (even if not running ads directly)

· Experience using AI tools for operations, reporting, or content

· Understanding of Russian consumer behavior and marketplaces
