About Us
We are building intelligent automation systems that transform industrial robots into adaptive, perception-driven solutions. Our work integrates robotics, 3D vision, motion planning, and intelligent software architectures to solve complex real-world manufacturing challenges.
We focus on making robotic systems smarter, autonomous, and deployment-ready for industrial environments.
Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Robotics Systems Engineer to architect, build, and lead advanced robotic automation systems that integrate perception, motion planning, and adaptive intelligence.
This role requires someone who can think at both system architecture level and deep technical implementation level, and who is comfortable leading a small high-performance engineering team.
You will play a key role in transforming advanced robotics prototypes into robust industrial-grade solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1️ System Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Architect end-to-end robotic automation systems
- Design modular ROS 2-based software architectures
- Define scalable frameworks for perception, motion, and execution
- Ensure system reliability for industrial deployment
2️ Robotics & Motion Planning
- Develop and optimize robot motion planning using MoveIt / equivalent frameworks
- Implement Cartesian, joint-space, and constraint-based planning
- Improve trajectory efficiency, safety, and repeatability
- Integrate real robot controllers and simulators
3️ 3D Vision & Perception Integration
- Integrate depth cameras / 3D sensors into robotic workflows
- Process and manage point clouds and 3D data
- Enable coverage analysis, adaptive motion logic, and dynamic refinement
- Improve perception-driven decision making
4️ Adaptive Intelligence & Automation Logic
- Build intelligent feedback-driven robotic workflows
- Develop automation strategies that respond dynamically to sensor input
- Improve system autonomy and decision-making layers
5️ Productization & Deployment
- Convert development systems into deployable industrial solutions
- Optimize performance, logging, diagnostics, and error handling
- Collaborate on UI, deployment scripts, and customer-ready configurations
- Support pilot deployments and customer integration
6️ Team Leadership
- Mentor junior engineers
- Review code, architecture, and design decisions
- Establish engineering standards and documentation practices
- Drive structured development cycles
Required Skills & Experience
Technical Requirements
- Strong experience with ROS 2
- Experience with robot motion planning frameworks (MoveIt or equivalent)
- Experience integrating industrial robots
- Strong Python and/or C++ skills
- Experience with point clouds / 3D data processing
- Understanding of kinematics, transforms, TF, and coordinate systems
- Experience debugging real hardware systems
Preferred (Highly Valuable)
- Experience with simulation environments (Gazebo / Mujoco / Webots / similar)
- Exposure to industrial automation environments
- Knowledge of adaptive path planning or perception-driven robotics
- Experience building complete robotics products (not just research code)
Education
B.E./M.E. in Robotics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or Computer Science or equivalent education Certifications in ROS / Robotics Simulation / AI Integration will be a plus.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
