About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end development of AI/ML solutions, from problem definition to production deployment
- Define AI/ML architecture, model selection, and best practices across the organization
- Build, mentor, and manage a team of data scientists and ML engineers
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into AI-driven solutions
- Design and implement ML pipelines, model training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring
- Ensure model scalability, performance, reliability, and explainability
- Drive innovation by evaluating new algorithms, tools, and frameworks
- Establish governance for data quality, model validation, ethics, and compliance
- Own technical decision-making and provide thought leadership in AI/ML initiatives
Required Skills & Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role
- Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, or Reinforcement Learning
- Strong proficiency in Python, and ML frameworks
- Hands-on experience with NLP, Computer Vision, or Predictive Modeling
- Solid understanding of ML algorithms, statistics, and data structures
- Experience deploying ML models using MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring, versioning)
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
